Passionate About Inspiring Others
Connection is at the center of relationships, and a vital aspect of the therapeutic process.
With over 20 years experience in social services in various roles from case manager to school social worker to medical social work to psychotherapist in private practice, my background knowledge and understanding of different cultures, ethnicities, various age groups and the challenges they face is extensive.

Through this awareness and genuine interest in learning about people, I build on individual strengths for a stronger therapeutic relationship. I earned my Bachelors of Arts in Sociology and Spanish from the University of New Mexico.
While living in South America, I had the opportunity to study at CENAIF, Escuela de Gestalt in Caracas, Venezuela, where I completed training in Gestalt Therapy. I obtained my Master's in Social Work (MSW) from Florida Atlantic University with an emphasis on Clinical Practice.
